Life is about relationships. Community is about relationships. When I attended Baylor University, I always had a sense that its relationship with the Waco community could be stronger.

Clearly the benefits cut both ways — benefiting the community and the college community.

Through a strong town-gown relationship we can accelerate and enhance the revitalization of downtown Waco.

Through such a relationship we improve local education. And that’s not all.

It is through such a relationship that we make Waco move toward the future. MORE
